Teens:
If you didn't take your driver ed. with Budget, you have to come in person or send someone to pick up an enrollment certificate (Form OL 392) and pay $65 to enroll (this will cover your first class). Then go to a DMV office to take the written test to get your permit.
It takes 6 hours (done in 3 days)
